Grief

This grief overwhelms me

It burns in my stomach

This loss is numbing me

It pierces my chest

I thought we'd be simple together

But i was sadly mistaken

 

 

Their last view together

And they were holding each other tight

by this beautful view

 He gently stroked her hair away from her face

and then he kissed her

This was their last kiss

by this beautiful view

The next day he poured her heart out

and left it on the floor

 

Hold my hand

If you just hold my hand

I promise that I'll do all I can

Cause when it gets dark and when it gets cold

We can just hold each other till we see the sunlight

Things will get better if you just hold my hand

 would you walk out the door
